A gentle message for the season..🎄

I know Christmas has passed, but I still wanted to say this.

I hope the season was gentle with you in whatever way it showed up. Whether it was full of laughter, quiet moments, good food, or just getting through the days, I hope you gave yourself grace.

This time of year can be beautiful, but it can also feel heavy. So if all you did was show up for yourself in small ways, that’s more than enough.

Wherever you are, I hope you’re resting, eating something comforting, and reminding yourself that you did your best this year.
